Buying online with us is a simple process involving a few steps which is designed to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase whilst providing something closer to the traditional shopping experience, albeit, at a distance. These simple steps are as follows:
Click on the 'Contact & Buy' button next to the item description (please note that not all items are available to buy online). This will take you to a contact page asking for brief details of the item you are interested in as well as contact and delivery details.
Once we have received your email and answered any further questions you may have we will email you a no obligation invoice via PayPal.
If you are happy with the invoice we will pack and dispatch your items as soon as you have made your payment with any tracking information. We only send orders out via Royal Mail or ParcelForce which makes collection easier if you are not at home.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations - which came into force on 13 June 2014, implement the Consumer Rights Directive which gives you rights when shopping online. This means you’re covered if things go wrong.
However, things are usually pretty straightforward!
